  • 100-hour Micropigmentation Fundamentals Training Certification (machine brows, eyeliner, and lips) from an approved AAM or SPCP Instructor
  • Bloodborne Pathogen Certification
  • Letter of Apprenticeship (5 brows, 5 eyeliner, 5 lips)
  • Before/After Photos of Apprenticeship Procedures (must show entire procedure area)
  • Liability Insurance ($1M aggregate/$1M per occurrence/$1M products completed)
  • Sample of Client Intake Forms

Board Certified Trainers who offer a curriculum which meets standard AAM guidelines

  • 4 Years Industry Experience (demonstrated through training certificates or business license)
  • 15 Hours of Continued Education (in most recent 18 months)
  • Proof of Trainer’s Insurance ($1M aggregate/$1M per occurrence/$1M products completed)
  • Identification
  • 5 Before & Afters for every procedure taught
  • Syllabus –  Summary of Course Breakdown (must include at least 2 supervised procedures and review of additional 4 unsupervised procedures)

Platinum Membership
